for everyone

I don’t have time for heartburn and neither should you. As soon as I first got the symptoms I knew something was amiss and needed to be sorted out. I quickly called up everyone I knew who I thought would know something about how to get rid of heartburn.  Well most people I called told me to go to the pharmacy and buy some sort of drug or another. Now I went down and got myself a bottle of pepto. Apparently this sort of stuff is supposed to suppress the acid that comes up into your stomach and makes you get that pain. So I took it and it did work. But then a few weeks later it came back and this time the medicine didn’t work. Now I've found a pretty decent website where I learnt about tons of remedies that I actually had lying around my house, visit the site here

This is when I knew that I was going to have to find something more permanent. You see there’s curing the symptoms and then there’s stopping it altogether and these are very different things. I needed a fare more permanent cure if I was going to get over this issue. So I got back on the phone again and contacted as many people as I could about it. One man named Kyle told me that his grandma used to use a sort of drink that she would make and give it to him when he was younger. He said it did an excellent job of keeping the heartburn away and I should give her a call. He gave me her number and I rang her phone. When she picked up I told her about the conversation I’d had with her grandson and asked her if she knew how to get rid of heartburn. She said that she did but if she were to tell me I must stick to the exact recipe and not differ from it.

Now I’m not too good at cooking or putting ingredients together but this recipe was extremely simple. I’m not going to go into it here as she asked me never to share it but when I was searching online the other day I found a few home remedies that are quite similar to the one she had told me. I tried another one that I found online the other day and it actually worked slightly better, it was her recipe but with an added twist. So what I’m telling you is if you want to fix the problem sometimes you have to look beyond traditional medicines and drugs and try something that you wouldn’t normally. My brother told me later on that he had been thinking about how to get rid of heartburn ever since I called and had looked it up and tried pretty much the same thing. He said it didn’t work for him so he tried a slight variation which worked wonders. The real thing that helped him was a guide which outlines a way to live your life including herbal supplements to eradicate heartburn altogether. I thought this was clever and tried it too. What a result!

There's a good article from the guardian where they talk about all this stuff, check it here: http://www.guardian.co.tt/lifestyle/2011/07/04/smoking-heartburn-leading-causes-coughing
